TICKETS: GET TICKETS
Walk-ups are welcome but discouraged. We are often sold out, and ticket prices are usually higher at the door than when purchased online in advance. Tickets and prices are not guaranteed until purchased, and dates frequently sell out as inventory changes.

Yes! We are family friendly Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 12:00pm – 4:00pm!
However, during the week and after 4:00pm on weekends, Frosty’s Christmas Bar is 21+ — you must have a valid ID to enter.
So grab your holiday crew (and your ID!) and get ready to jingle all the way!
The time frames in your ticket indicate the arrival time.
Once you arrive, you can stay as long as you want but please be mindful of the other guests. We want everyone to have a chance to experience the holiday magic.
No reentry is allowed.
You’ll find delicious finger foods waiting for you on the first floor — perfect for snacking while you sip and jingle the night away!
Yes – Frosty’s is fully wheelchair accessible!
At Frosty’s, we love a good holiday look — think festive, fun, and photo-ready!
No need for a tux or gown, but please leave the gym gear, flip-flops, and casual sweats at home.

Frosty’s is a fully indoor Christmas experience—warm, cozy, and snow-dusted from floor to ceiling. No need to bundle up; all the holiday magic happens inside!
Our New York City location does not offer on-site parking, but don’t worry — there are plenty of nearby parking garages and lots if you’re driving in.
We always recommend taking the subway, rideshare, or sleigh (if available) to make your trip easier and more festive!
Please note: We are unable to change the date or time of tickets on our end. You however can make adjustments through your confirmation email.

When you arrive, our expert check-in team at the entrance can help locate your tickets. Simply, be prepared to present a Current valid government-issued ID that matches the name/credit card you used to purchase them. It’s that easy.

Yes — Frosty’s offers a coat check so you can drop your layers and dance the night away! The price is $6.
Our elves will make sure your coats are safe and snug while you enjoy all the holiday magic.
To keep things merry and safe, Frosty’s is a 21+ venue — that means a valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
Acceptable forms of ID include:
– State-issued driver’s license or ID
– Passport or passport card
– Military ID
Please note: digital or photocopied IDs aren’t accepted (Santa checks twice!).

If you’re running late, we offer a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled time. You’ll still be allowed entry after that, but guests who arrive on time will receive priority seating and access.

Frosty’s Christmas bar is for guests 21 and over after 6PM. Anyone under 21 must leave at that time. Entrance requires a purchased ticket. Tickets are non-refundable

Entrance at Bacalls does not grant access to Frosty’s. A ticket must be purchased for entrance to Frosty’s.
IF nothing is available, it means we are sold out, please don’t ask us to accommodate or find you a ticket. Walk-ups are welcome but you must get a ticket at the door to enter.

Frosty’s will be open for the 2023 Season from December 1st until December 31st. We are always 21+. No exceptions.

The price difference is the tiers and the add-ons.
Every tier provides the same experience. Tickets are sold per tier till they run out, which means the least expensive tiers will run out first.
First come-first served.
Your Admission ticket @Frostys NY allows you access to our 3 floors filled with Christmas decorations. The ticket does not include any drinks, but these will be available for purchase at an additional cost during the event.
Tickets for Frosty’s Christmas Bar are only valid for entry into Frosty’s, which is a 21 and over establishment at all times.

At Frosty’s we offer a full bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase. You can choose from our seasonal holiday drink menu upon arrival.
To enjoy bottle service, you’ll still need to purchase tickets first. Once you have your tickets, you can reserve your bottle service through our website.

You must present a valid ticket to enter Frosty’s Christmas Bar. Without a ticket, entry will not be permitted under any circumstances. Must be 21+. You wont be able to just walk into Bacalls when Frostys is fully open, you must get a ticket.
Frosty’s is often SOLD OUT. We are the Ultimate Christmas Party!
Here’s what you can do to score a ticket:
Pick another date/time to visit before we close for the season. Check other dates/times. Weekdays are a better chance to grab a ticket.
OR arrive on your preferred date and time and try to purchase at the door.
We do accept “walk ups” at the door and you can pay when you arrive, based on availability. Prices vary by date and time and are often higher at the door on the event date. People with pre-purchased tickets are prioritized.
We understand things happen, and that is why we offer a 30-minute grace period to accommodate any unexpected situations.
However, please make sure to arrive at the designated time on your ticket, as entry is not guaranteed if you arrive before or after this 30-minute window.
