Frosty’s Christmas Bar Los Angeles is located @ 6555 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028

The entrance is off Whitley Ave. Please enter through parking lot behind building. 

Frosty’s L.A  will be open for the 2023 Season from November 30th until December 30th. We are always 21+. No exceptions. 

Frosty’s Christmas Bar (21+) is located at @ 6555 Hollywood Blvd.

You must have a ticket to enter Frostys.

Please Note: Walk-ups are welcome but discouraged. We are OFTEN SOLD OUT and Ticket prices are usually higher at the door and may be higher than pre-purchased tickets online. Tickets and Prices are not guaranteed until purchased. Dates often sell out and prices are based on inventory.

Table reservations are exclusive for bottle service.

5 People to 1 Bottle + 9.5 sales tax and 20% gratuity.

At Frosty’s we offer a full bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase. You can also choose from our seasonal holiday drink menu upon arrival.

Frosty’s Christmas Bar is 21+ , no exceptions. Please note that individuals under 21 years of age will not be permitted entry, even if accompanied by an adult.

A valid physical ID is required for entry to Frosty’s Christmas Bar.

We accept State IDs, DL’s and Passports as valid forms of identification. Digital, expired, and Paper ID’s are not allowed.

Frosty’s Christmas bar is for guests 21 and over. Entrance requires a purchased ticket.

We accept walk-ups but you might have to wait longer in line.

Your Admission ticket @Frostys L.A allows you access to our venue  filled with Christmas decorations. 

(Seating is not guranteed or included with your ticket)

There are also tickets that have add ons like a Christmas drink, christmas hat or a necklace, that’s why the prices are different.

We understand that this is a special time of the year, and we want to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

If you’re running late, we offer a 30-minute grace period. You will still be allowed entry after that, but those who arrive on time will be given priority. Our door staff will do their best to accommodate you based on availability. You might have to wait longer in line.

You also can change your ticket time and/or date.

Please Note:  We are unable to change the date and time of tickets on our end. If you are unable to make the changes yourself, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate alterations.

Frosty’s is often SOLD OUT. We are the Ultimate Christmas Party!

Here’s what you can do to score a ticket:

Pick another date/time to visit before we close for the season. Check other dates/times. Weekdays are a better chance to grab a ticket.

OR arrive on your preferred date and time and try to purchase at the door. 

We do accept “walk ups” at the door and you can pay when you arrive,  based on availability. Prices vary by date and time and are often higher at the door on the event date. People with pre-purchased tickets are prioritized.

 

The time frame in your ticket indicates the arrival time frame. 

You can stay as long as you;d like but please be mindful of the other guests. We want everyone to have a chance to experience the holiday magic.

We understand how frustrating not receiving your tickets can be! Here are three steps to help you find your tickets: 

  1. Check your email spam folder or ensure you used an active email/phone number to receive? Take a look and see if you can locate them. If you cant find them…..
  2. Text us (877) 554-4364– “Cant find tickets – your full name, email you used for purchase”
  3. When you arrive, our expert check-in team at the entrance can help locate your tickets. Simply, be prepared to present a Current valid government-issued ID that matches the name/credit card you used to purchase them. It’s that easy.

Our online prices are already the lowest available, so unfortunately we do not offer any additional discounts.

We are sorry to hear that you’re experiencing difficulties with obtaining tickets. If you’re encountering issues with your browser, I recommend clearing your cookies. This often resolves common problems.

However, if the problem persists, I suggest reaching out to the ticketing company directly for further assistance.

Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Just as with attending an event, concert, or theater experience, all sales are final. 
But we have some good news! You now have the option to change the date and time of your order. We are unable to change the date and time of tickets on our end. If you are unable to make the changes yourself, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate alterations. But don’t worry, you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you’re unable to make it. Please keep in mind that tickets are non-refundable for any reason, but you do have these two options to ensure that you don’t miss out on Frostys this year. If you have purchased insurance, please contact them directly.

Change Ticket

If you encounter any issues with these changes, please don’t hesitate to contact Universe for assistance. 

You have the option to change the name on your tickets or transfer your tickets to someone else. Please just go to the email with your tickets, and click manage order.

Once you sign in, go to “my tickets”, click “more” all the way to the bottom and you can – Edit the guest information or transfer the ticket.
